weekly plan

WEEKLY PLAN 08. DECEMBER 08. – 14. DECEMBER 08.     WHO: E2/K Groups   WHAT: Dryland and skiing   WHEN: DRYLAND:              Because the gym is occupied both days, we will have dryland Tuesday on the Lake at 4pm (meet at Kinsman beach)!
           No dryland Thursday.              SKIING:              Thursday and Friday at 1pm – 4pm (GS gates)               Saturday and Sunday 9am – 3.30pm (SL gates)   
                 WHERE: Kinsman beach (dryland); Panorama (skiing)   WHY: Speed (dryland); improve your skiing   Let me know, if you are not coming to dryland or skiing, please. Bring warm clothes, water and skates for the Tuesday dryland!!! Thanks!  Regards,
