List of recommended equipment by age groups

Besides layers of warm, comfortable and functional winter clothing, glowes, goggles, neck and chin warmers, ski boots that fit snugly and mandatory helmets with hard ear part we recommend the following equipment for the different age groups:

Nancy Greene basic 5 – 7 years
- Slalom or Giant slalom skis

Nancy Greene Regular 8 – 11 years
- Giant slalom skis
- Slalom skis (recommended for 10+ years old)
- race suit (recommended for 9 and 10 yeas old)

K1 & K2 11 – 14 years
- Giant slalom skis
- Slalom skis
- race helmet with removable mouth guard for SL (mandatory)
- sheen guards, pole guards
- race suit
- spine protector are recommended especially for Super G and GS
- arm and shoulder pads also recommended especially if the race suit is not padded

Basic Ski Tuning kit would include:
A pair of  vices
A pair of elastics to keep the breaks out of the way
Edge File / Bevel Tool
Steel Scraper
Basic Wax
Iron
Apron
